Hey, I really like BM and i installed itch launcher and i wanted to install the game from the laucher because you said that it will be with 9 euros and i got an error like:

Next update will be on itch directly. I have really poor internet, so I try to not upload in too many places, other wise my internet will be busy for days :/
I think I may have found a bug. In the gallery, in the images section, the last image on the second page (Jada's mom coming out to your car when you take Jada home after the party) only unlocks if you play as a male. It does not unlock if you play as a female. The dialogue is slightly different in the scene based on your gender, but the image is the same in both versions of the scene, so there's no reason that I can see for it to only unlock on the male route.
Are you sure it was that image and not another one? There's not gender check behind that image, so it should trigger as soon as you see it, not matter the gender.
It's one of the choice depedant images though, so if you go adifferent route it won't show up.
Yeah, it was that one. I did a female playthrough first, and after finishing it, I was missing that image, the last image on the fifth page, and several on the last page. I decided to do a male playthrough to see if the missing images were gender-locked. I made all the exact same choices in the male playthrough as I did in my female playthrough, and after finishing it, all the images that should be male-locked were unlocked, as well as the image with Jada's mom next to the car.
Hey does anyone know how to unlock the last picture in the galery I don't know if I did everything but I tried next to everything still haven't unlocked it I'm really dying of curiosity.

Edit: Katherine is my favorite face by far in the game alongside with Female Mc obviously, they look soo good specially together ;).

2. I says "Available after the main story is complete", which means once it's fully implemented. For now Rachels story only exists on paper and once the game is on version 1.0, I'll start working on her story.
arm64 is for the specific processor and will likely run better if your android uses it, but if you aren't sure about what processor your android has, chose the other one ;)
I would like to congratulate you on including the opportunity to have the MC as either male or female, having played through as both I think it does change the feel of the story. Im impressed and a little surprised it isnt a more common thing to do, I appreciate that it is more work, but I am assuming that the story and many of the renders are much the same.
I also wanted to say that I was intrigued by the inclusion of Rachels Story on the menu, is that going to be the same story told through her eyes? Or perhaps the story from when the MC's father was around?
Finally, there are a few things in the text that you might want to look at. (My apologies if you've already changed them.)
Male MC to Rachel "(Damn, she was really just trying to be nice and I was a total bitch...)" - wrong gender
Jada to Male MC "Hehe, bitch..." - wrong gender
Steph "This is the company headquarters, all our prototypes are build and tested here." - built
MC to CJ "Yeah, good bye." - goodbye
MC to Katherine "I've seen you in the city today, you know..." - I saw
MC to Rachel "But don't you think that loosing her best friend would be bad for her, even with me being here?" - losing
Jada "So, were you look for me, or do you want to use the bathroom?" - looking
Hmm, I don't know which version you played, but I can't find any of these errors/typos. Some of the gender specific stuff you mentioned has been working fine for several versions. I can only think of an engine problem, but I don't get these errors, so I can't check :( Thanks anyway.
Regarding Rachels Story: It's going to start a little bit earlier than the main story and then will follow along the main story. It will shine some light on stuff that the MC can't possibly know and fill some holes left open by the main story.
This is a well-made game and I can't wait for more updates just went and bought it on steam more than worth it. Can't wait to see what direction you decide to take the game and any others you make.
I like the story of this game and the main girl is just really adorable. I want to see where this game goes. I don't care how long it takes for an update, I just wanna see what the characters will do in future updates. So I'll be patient and wait for it in the future. And for now, I rate Bad Memories a 4/5.
Just so you know that if your game wasn't a NSFW game i'd still play it, the story, the characters it's just , i love everything around it, it's absoloutely amazing !
It depends on the scenes, some scenes take 10 minutes, some take 3 hours. Most of the indoor scenes need at least an hour to finish (usually longer). If I'm lucky and find a HDRi (that's basically just a 360° background image with light information in it) that fits an outdoor scene and there aren't many people in the scene it will take 10 to 20 minutes, but that's very few scenes so far :/
I have a 2080Ti at the moment and since I'm using iray (which is a biased render engine made by nvidia) to render the images, I need an nvidia grafics card, which is also what determines the rendering speed. I had another card previously which I used in combination with the current card, but it died, so I'm roughly at half the rendering speed I used to have. It was the third card that died on me since I make these type of renders btw :/
Ah, that answers the quiestion I had above about rendering. I use Afterburner to ramp up my fan curves, and I have a very well-ventilated case full of fans; I've found that keeping the GPUs cool (<70C) gives them a long and happy life.
I've seen a few tutorials on how to create HDRI lighting from regular mesh sets; that might be worthwhile to try out to cut render times...

I keep my GPUs <70° as well, sadly that doesn't protect the cards from dying. My 2080 also died recently, funnily enough, after I send it into retirement (in my second pc). Rendering takes it's toll, especially if you do it nearly every day.
Hdri's have a very specific problem: they don't scale properly and tend to look weird in certain angles, so I'd have to make several hdri's for several situations, angles, camera positions, which doesn't really help speeding up the process. Anyway, I'm good on the hardware side by now, rendering time isn't that much of a problem anymore (though it will always be to a degree).
Rec it does not matter take as much time as you need. Thank you for making this and letting us all play it. Its a really good game. I look forward to the update and check just to see 3-4 times a week. Thank you for making it. Much respect.
Hi, I just bought your game on Steam... 2.5 hours ago and I didn't even notice how time passed. It's just... feels so... I don't have the right words, but it's amazing.

I have the base story and several scenes layed out, but there are several scenes "along the way" that I haven't thought out yet, and I tend to come up with new stuff every once in a while. The workout scene with Rachel for example was actually planned as a short intermedate scene to go from one major scene to the next, but it turned into a major scene itself while I was working on it.
The steam version has a few extras that will be in the update and some small steam specific changes, it's not much, so if you've played the free version it's not really worth buying the steam version unless you want to support me. The main reason for the steam version is to gain a bit more support, but they don't like links to patreon/etc. on their platform, so it's more or less a workaround.

It will just open the game page in your web browser, so that you can download it with mega.
I think you might need to buy it to add it to your library in that case.
isnt there a posible case to put also on other site than MEGA? like mediafire or google drive
i heard that itch doesnt really like MEGA and thats why it gives that error
or maybe if you could post it like an setup format to be recognised by itch

They're all made from the Genesis3 base model from Daz3D.

The abuse wasn't physical, it was psychological/mental, at least for the MC. Rachel is another story though.

Hey I'm playing the current version on here, I'm missing 1 item in the gallery and was hoping you could tell me how to get it.
I've played through both sexes, and it's in the Gallery - Images. It's on page 2 - row 1 - picture 3
Also... where are the saves for the game? In the saves folder I only see an item called persistent.
You get that image when you watch pron in the game ;)
The save files are under "user/appdata/roaming/renpy/BM-(some-number)"

What's different about android and Android (arm64) ?
arm64 is for the specific processor and will likely run better if your android uses it, but if you aren't sure about what processor your android has, chose the other one ;)

There is non, at least none that's correct.
Just go with your guts, all the branching decisions are quite obvious and there's no real "wrong" decision, it's mostly a matter of taste.
